Pass honest state budget - wait for revenue forecast

Maine people are about to learn a great deal about the people they have elected to the state legislature. If the Legislature passes a state budget before the revised revenue forecast comes out in late April, those legislators who vote for the budget are essentially saying, "We are being dishonest with the people of Maine."
