Good piece
I called Fairpoint yesterday to see about getting Broadband and very quickly got to talk to a person.
Huge difference over the days of calling Verizon and talking to machines on and on.
Hope they continue on this path of customer service.
Ray, you must have cringed when he made a positive comment about the union.
