Ray asks the question, "What are the politicians afraid of and why won't they conduct an independent audit of government services and programs?" Internal, government driven audits are nothing more than the fox guarding the hen house.

Yep, Right again. Look at the School Departments spending last year. There is no way that an amount of money like that should have been spent. Now I understand that they have already spent a fortune this year on legal expenses?? We the people just let our officials do way more than we should. They are always looking for more money instead of cutting costs. Time for honest auditing.
